You built something people trust. It does not look that way online.
We score local businesses across the Valley on the five things that decide whether a stranger calls you or calls someone else. The audit is free. You keep it either way.
No pitch deck. No discovery call before you get anything. You get the findings first.
I watched someone build something real and get treated like she was not worth the effort. She had the reputation. She had the patients. What she did not have was anyone willing to do the work she was paying for. She was told a failing security scan was not worth fixing. Her site quietly broke. Nobody called her back.
That happens to small businesses constantly, because small looks like it will not push back. People count on you being too busy running the thing to notice you are being handled.
So I built a firm that treats a two-person shop the way an agency treats an account it is afraid to lose. You already did the hard part. You built something people trust. The website should be able to say so.
We do not reshape a client's dream to fit our template.
Five things decide whether a stranger calls you.
DSP scores every site on the same 100 points. Same rubric for a plumbing company, a restaurant, or a psychiatric practice. You see the score and the reasoning, not a sales summary.
- 01 / Clear Call to Action. 25 points. Can someone reach you in under a minute, from a phone, without hunting.
- 02 / Trust Signals. 20 points. Reviews, license numbers, years in business, and a real person's name attached to the work.
- 03 / Local Presence. 20 points. Whether you show up for the city you actually serve, and whether your name, address, and phone match everywhere they appear.
- 04 / Mobile Experience. 20 points. Most of your customers are on a phone. Most sites are still built for a desktop.
- 05 / Site Health. 15 points. Broken links, dead buttons, expired certificates, and security findings nobody told you about.

What we found
An independent scanning vendor documented eight open vulnerabilities on the practice's server, including plaintext FTP credentials, an exposed database port, three OpenSSH vulnerabilities, and an outdated version of PHP. The site also had broken links and a broken logo carousel running live.
What we did
Technical infrastructure
- Remediated all eight findings
- Migrated the server and upgraded PHP to 8.3
- Fixed the broken links and the logo carousel
Local visibility
- Surfaced the provider's credentials on the homepage, which search engines and patients both read as a trust signal
- Built local search foundations: citations, consistent business information, schema markup, and a complete Google Business Profile
- Wrote clinician-reviewed informational pages to the standard search engines apply to health content
- Evaluated automated AI content tools and rejected them as inappropriate for a licensed practice
Practice growth
- Built a 162-contact referral outreach system
- Secured two community health expos for the fall
This is an ongoing custom retainer, not a standard tier.
Where it stands
Zero open findings.
“For a long time I was told these things could wait. They could not.”
Published pricing. No proposal theater.
Four tiers. You will know what this costs before you talk to anyone.
- Basic website presence
- Google Business Profile setup and optimization
- On-page SEO fundamentals
- Everything in Starter
- Everything in Digital Launch
- Multi-city landing pages
- Schema markup
- Ongoing content
- Review generation system
- Monthly re-audit and report
Revisions outside scope are $95/hour. Setup is a one-time cost, included in the first month figure. Every engagement runs a three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice.
We are not right for everyone.
Where DSP works
- You have real reviews and a real reputation, and a website that does not match it
- You own the decision. You are not routing it through three people
- You want someone who stays after launch, not a handoff and a silence
- The person you talk to is the person doing the work. Your site is not passed to someone you will never meet
- You would rather hear a real finding than a comfortable one
When we are the wrong call
- You want us to post AI-written content on a schedule and call it a marketing presence
- You already have a professional marketing operation running well. We will tell you that on the first call rather than sell you a second one
- You want the cheapest possible site and nothing after it
- You want traffic numbers rather than phone calls
